Privacy Policy

Operating our M2Safe application requires the processing of your personal data – it lets us show you an overview of your real estate investments and keep your account secure.

We greatly value your privacy, which is why we process all personal data in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and in line with this policy, adopted for their protection.

Here you will find information about the purposes for which we collect your data, to whom we pass it on, and why.

  1. Data controller

    1. We, Real invest point s.r.o., Company ID 01390783, with our registered office at Cejl 82/58, Zábrdovice (Brno-střed), 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, are the controller of your personal data.
    2. You can also reach us with written enquiries at the above address, by email at [email protected], or by phone at +420 735 243 432. Please direct technical questions about the Application to [email protected].
    3. We have not yet appointed a data protection officer. If we do, their contact details will be added here.

  2. General information on the processing of personal data

    1. We want to be fully transparent about your privacy and to process your personal data to the minimum extent necessary – with the main goal of giving you a clear and secure view of your real estate investments.
    2. You therefore have no need to worry that we would sell your data to anyone or pass it on to other parties unless necessary.
    3. We appropriately secure your data throughout the period of processing, and as soon as we no longer need it for any of the purposes described here, we delete it without undue delay.

  3. User account

    1. To use our Application, you need to create a user account, for which we need your email address. If you decide to register, we process the data you provide in order to create and manage your account.
    2. After registering and logging in, you will find an overview of your real estate investments and related information (e.g. project status and cashflow) in your account. You can edit or correct your personal data there at any time, adjust other settings, and delete your account entirely.

  4. Investment data

    1. As the Application is intended primarily for our existing clients, it also displays data about your real estate investments (e.g. an overview of projects, their status, and cashflow), which we process on the basis of our existing contractual relationship with you. We process this data in the Application in order to perform that relationship and to give you an overview of your portfolio.
    2. The Application is not used to make payments or carry out any other financial transactions and does not process payment data (such as card numbers) – it is used solely to display an overview of information.

  5. Data transfer

    1. We may be required by law to pass on your personal data directly, for example in connection with inspections by public authorities.
    2. In other cases, some activities related to the processing of personal data may be carried out for us by processors – typically providers of the technical infrastructure needed to run the Application. We select these processors carefully and have a written data-processing agreement in place with each of them.
    3. We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area, unless such a country ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data.

  6. Notifications

    1. Based on our legitimate interest in informing you about matters related to your investments, we may show you notifications in the Application or on your device – short messages related to the Application and your projects.
    2. You may object to this processing at any time, or you may turn off notifications at any time in the settings of the Application or your phone.

  7. Cookies

    1. This website currently does not use any tracking or analytics cookies. We only use technically necessary data, without which the website would not function. If we introduce cookies in the future, we will update this policy accordingly and, where required by law, ask for your consent.
    2. Within the Application itself, we store on your device only the technical data necessary for it to work and for you to stay logged in (such as a login token).

  8. Rights of data subjects

    1. Applicable law grants data subjects a number of rights in connection with the processing of personal data.
    2. These include, in particular, the right to information – your right to ask us for information about the categories of personal data processed, the purpose, duration and nature of the processing, and the recipients of the personal data. This information is set out above, but we are happy to explain it in more detail if you are interested. You also have the right to request a copy of the personal data being processed – part of it is available directly in your account.
    3. If any of your data changes, or if you find that we are processing inaccurate personal data, you have the right to have it corrected. We are happy to correct any inaccuracies without undue delay; you can also edit your data yourself in your account.
    4. Subject to certain conditions, you have the right to erasure, or the right to restriction of processing, of your personal data. Where the legal conditions are met, we will delete your data or restrict its processing upon request.
    5. Finally, you have the right to lodge an objection or complaint against the processing of your data. An objection can be sent directly to us and may be directed against processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests or any form of direct marketing. A complaint may be lodged at any time with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).

  9. Effectiveness

    1. We update this policy on an ongoing basis whenever necessary.
